Charger had been having major problems for nearly two years. Super expensive stuff (three blown radiators, to start). Stopped here for my third container of coolant that day when a brilliant guy there (I'm bad with names but I believe it was Landen) went above and beyond, took a look in my engine bay and with two questions was able to figure out what four shops and two independent mechanics couldn't: the source of all my woes was a simple temperature sensor gone bad (and insufficient stock thermostat). He also introduced me to a neat little device that replaced my shoddy coolant cap with a pressure release system (only about $10!), so now if too much pressure builds again, I can deal with it much quicker and safer than before. I'm glad we have other choices in the area. Bought a fuel pump and it lasted less than 100 miles. Traded it in and the next one didn't make it 100 miles. Now they will not trade it in, says it's only good for 1 exchange. Be aware of AutoZone policies before buying junk parts.

Worked with Rob, can't say enough good things about our visit. Rob went in the back and found the Fast and Furious hot wheels. I've been trying to find for my son. Rob found both! Spoke with Russell as well. Very good store, thanks for the hospitality.
