Klaudya and Jose were amazing. Walked me thru everything with my Hybrid, finding misc. items and went over the top with communication. I will be back specifically to this South Sioux City location (By Walmart) in the future.

I showed up in one of my wiper blades had flown off and they jumped right into action and replaced it. They were super helpful and made sure that I had the correct one the manager on duty "Klaudya Cinto" make sure I was taken care of she was funny and knowledgeable and made my experience extremely Pleasant.

I shopped this store today for a rear wiper blade for my suv. Unfortunately I got the wrong one and had to exchange it. When I returned for the exchange, I received excellent customer service. She not only got me the correct item but she did it with courtesy and professionalism. I am very happy with my business there today.

Dude with the wild hair Jose is a trip. He will surprise you with his knowledge. He was friendly. He kept me waiting…… but it was because the fella was installing wipers for old ladies and you can’t fault or get mad at that. Solid service and all the parts were available. No complaints from me on this location or from my experience. Jose with the wild hair is solid. If you can get him. have him help ya out.. he is solid
