The woman that helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. We were there to have our battery tested. When the battery tested poorly, she helped us choose a new battery and went out into the freezing weather to install it.
AutoZone was quiet the news for me. They had the parts that others did not. Saved me time and money. Not to mention several trips. So yes gas too. Awesome crew highly knowledgeable and fast too.
I had a great experience. This lady was so helpful in accessing my issue and bringing resolution.
My tire went flat right next to this store and Jovan Estrada was an amazing help. He plugged the hole for me and refilled the air, was very kind and helpful. He definetly deserves a raise. When I came in for help I also saw him helping another customer and very quickly and efficiently came to help me the moment he was done.
I went in to get some help with my ac. JOVAN was so sweet to help find the right product to get and even was nice enough to walk me through how to put it in my car. I now have 🥶 cold ac. This fluffy women is happy 😊. Especially now that sun 🌞 is out and it's starting to warm up for summer.
