had a light come on my vehicle, went here and they checked hte codes for me, and then I called the mechanic and he said there were too many codes some were probably not current. He told me to take it back to auto zone and have them clear the codes off and drive it around town to see if a light comes back on and then bring it in when it did. I returned to the autozone and they refused to clear the codes off. I've came here to this location for the past 15 years for service and parts, but probably be looking for someplace different now, since they won't meet my needs. The guy said it is 'policy' that they cannot clear codes. So the mechanic did it for me, and now I'm starting from scratch. Major customer service issue at this location. It seems like some of the staff do not respect their fellow employees nor their customers. I've noticed a particular employee named Jessica act rudely to other customers and to her coworkers. She seems discriminatory and suspicious of people, her attitude is very poor. Whenever I see she is there, the other staff seem to underperform. I don't think I will frequent this location anymore and I will absolutely tell those who need car related services NOT to come here. The environment is just not customer-friendly.

Best customer service in town. Justin and Brian went above and beyond, premiere location.. will go out of my way to go to this location

We went in today to get a new battery and Justin was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend him!
