AutoZone Auto Parts

My rating is ZERO for this AutoZone in springfield virginia. The young guy with dark curly hair, medium height probably around age 20 at the cash register was not knowledgeable about any products. He was not helpful and he gave poor service. He sent me on a wild goose chase for product I was looking for and it was never found. He was completely unfamiliar with any type of automotive questions and it turned out he was wrong when I did some research later. I will not return here and will tell my friends the same.

Excellent service. I find the employees to be honest and much more credible then auto mechanics nearby (like a Costco tire store.) expected to get pressured into an upsale, but nope, the employee provided me with something cheaper than expected. Much appreciated. No hassle no gimmick. Quick and easy. Will shop here again.

One of the most disorganized stores when I first came in. I had to go and retrieve the lady employee who clearly knew I was in the store but was too busy sitting on one of the carts by the rear employee entrance to come and help. The only reason this even deserves one star is because the gentleman at least try to explain the unexplainable situation we found ourselves in after the crazy "welcome". We called and confirmed that you had one of the of the parts your inventory says you have six of. Part number 924002. The lady told me that there weren't any but judging by the chaos the boxes of the store was in and the amount of time taken to look for it I'm assuming it was just laziness. Absolute worst AutoZone I've ever been to.

i normally don’t do this unless someone goes out of their way to help me.. these guys, maurice and especially Shedonza made sure i was good to pull an all nighter to fix my truck in their parking lot right before closing.. then jose m. also helped out a lot the next morning.. this stuff definitely doesn’t go unnoticed and thank you again!!

JJ (Jose) went above and beyond to help me get the right parts and tools I need to get my car back in working order. I'm from out of town and was having car problems. I went to Firestone initially, and was given multiple estimates that was extreme. I wasn't about to get ripped off when I know that's what the autoshop was doing! I needed my whole radiator hose assembly changed. JJ looked at my car to make sure I had the right parts and tools because I was clueless about what to get. JJ also made sure I had everything to do a coolant flush of my car. After getting everything I needed. I Youtubed how to change the radiator unit and flush the coolant system. I changed the radiator hose unit, flushed the coolant system, and replaced the system with new coolant all by myself. Now my car is no l
