Pulled up to the store to get wiper blades. Pulled a blade off my car and walked in the the guy behind the counter had already went and gotten the blade I needed because he knew what car it was and had it ready to check out. I wish we had gotten his name. Always the best customer service here!

My teenage son just went in today to take an old car battery in, online it says you'll receive a $10 credit. Well whoever was so called helping him should not work in customer service. To go on a rant about getting battery acid all over his counter and him having to go to the hospital, like what is that all about?? It's a kid trying to dispose of an old battery for the first time, like you have no idea how to be kind and maybe a tiny bit helpful? The last few times I've been in this store I have not been impressed! Whoever you are that acted like this today.... wow, you have a problem!

I understand that auto part retail shops tend to not have the best costumer service/support. This is why for a long time I kept coming back to AutoZone Auto Parts because I felt like the associates here were far kinder than other shops. Today, I had finally received my order for trunk struts and proceeded to pick them up. After having installed them, I turned on my car and noticed that a low light bulb beam had just gone out. My go-to shop, AutoZone, came to mind. I made my way back and asked an associate if I could get help putting on my low light bulb beam. They said no. This took me by surprise as I had previously been assisted with this sort of thing here. Though it is not difficult to install these bulb beams, it is much faster if you have someone who knows how to install them help yo

I was over there tonight getting some help returning an item and both of the employees there were super helpful and were able to take care of everything I needed. Highly recommend them and super impressed by these two workers.
