10.27.2025 Drove an hour and a half to check on my college student that has an issue with her car. 15 minutes before closing. The two gentleman that helped us were kind, professional and treated us like it was with excellent customer care. Very much appreciated these days. Thank you both very much.

Very poor customer service my child went there to get a headlight bulb and back home they would definitely install it but this place they won't, talking about it's to hard on that car Nissan Altima yes im the mom took me 3 minutes everyone wants more money but nobody wants to do the work from now on I will take my business and my 8 cars to O'Reilly they don't have a problem making customers happy

Kaedyn and Sarai were the absolute best pair to help me fix my junky old car. They were lifesavers and such a blast to be around!! AutoZone should immediately increase both of their raises because people like these two keeps people coming back everytime. I know who’s got my back when my car starts acting like it needs to go to the ER.

I go out of my way to come to this store! Impeccable customer service! Ms. Lorri goes above and beyond each time I visit this store (even over the phone! So does Shedwrick). She has taken the initiative to make sure I get what I need for my car. She is extremely personable. Shedwrick is also very helpful and my go to as well. This store is my preferred store for parts ALWAYS.

The older white lady guessing store manager has the worst attitude and doesn’t know how to listen at all just ready to respond and it’s not my first time seeing how she interacts with people I’ll never go to her again really don’t know how she still has the job after all the bad reviews on her
