Yesterday Christian helped replace low beam headlights in my daughters Kia Optima and though the replacement was not easy he stayed with it and completed the job. His kindness and thoughtfulness were apparent during the entire experience.

Terrible customer service! Bought a socket set and about $250 in other parts and tools for an emergency repair. I ended up using the socket set for one bolt in which the $35 socket set became useless for the rest of the repair because of how short the wrench was. I returned later that same evening to ask for a refund due to it not being of much use and needing the funds. I misplaced the receipt, but I figured at the least I would get store credit. I was denied any kind of return by a rude and ignorant employee that decided to use his discretion to turn me away. I tried to explain why I didn’t need the item in which he began to raise his voice and talk over me. This emotional employee was extremely unprofessional and seemed as though the money was coming out of his own pocket. I understand
