This Bannerman Autozone always has super helpful staff, but I wanted to especially thank Danny for helping get me safely back on the road. With his kind and courteous approach, he helped me figure out how to access and change my break lights the other night, at the end of a long day. Thanks again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Customer Service! I witnessed something truly heartwarming at this AutoZone location. A young employee took the time to patiently walk alongside an elderly customer who clearly had mobility issues, helping her navigate the store with care and respect. It wasn’t just about helping someone find a product — he showed genuine kindness and compassion that goes far beyond typical customer service. Shoutout to this young man for showing what it means to truly serve others. AutoZone, you’ve got a great team member on your hands. This kind of support makes a difference and deserves recognition!

I am a long time customer. I came in with my 2020 jeep showing a engine light code and automatic start stop light on. The obd reader said low voltage. I replaced the main battery but the automatic start stop light still showed. All forums said to replace the auxillary battery. I brought my 25 month old delco platinum with 36 month warranty. The autozone tech said my battery was 80 percent. I still purchased a new battery and the automatic start stop light went off. I asked for a warranty return on my battery. The tech said no because it showed 80 percent life. Poor customer service and autozone clearly does not stand behind their warranties.

Was very disappointed with the service I did not get. Had to go locate the part I need myself. Neither counter help seemed to know what I needed or was interested in helping me. Just needed a trailer light 4 wire pigtail.

This organization does NOT stand behind their products. I purchased a "Slime" brand portable compressor from them a few months ago- it worked the 1st time, but the 2nd time I used it, the unit burned up- smoke literally coming out of the unit. When I tried to exchange it, Auto Zone refused to allow me to either return or exchange it. Do yourself a favor- buy online, where returns are easy. I'll never purchase from AutoZone again.
