Instead of doing the testing asked, the worker told my husband to go to another store to get help because he didn’t want to get sick from touching things.. because people have been getting sick lately..

No store employee greeted us walking into the store, the employees did not direct us to the self checkout, had to locate it ourselves. Overall customer service was poor.

Pablo was amazingly knowledgable, patient, and helpful. He helped me troubleshoot the headlights on my 2016 Toyota Tundra and saved me hundreds of dollars and countless tears. Today Pablo taught me how to check my fuses, check headlights, and ultimately trade my faulty headlight plugs. I have been going to Auto Zone for years, and today was the best visit yet. I will tell my friends AND family!!

Nice brand new store! I dropped by today to buy a air gauge and I had a very nice man named Desmond help me. Nothing like a brand new store with helpful people!
