I had a great experience with Renee. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help me. Excellent customer service from her!

asked to purchase a battery cleaner and rust protection, and also asked if someone could guide me or help me clean the battery terminals. The lady there said they wouldn’t help unless I bought a new battery from them, which doesn’t make any sense. The girl there at 8 ::30 am told me that they can't help.me or guide me so they were not cooperative at all unlike other stores that are usually willing to help with simple things. It’s a strange situation and definitely not recommended.

Associates dont seem to understand the difference between a core charge and a warranty for a car battery. I went in specifically asking about a core charge, and the lady went on about not being able to return the battery and it not being under warranty. Core charges are not returns or warranty claims. Incompetent and rude customer service. Dont waste your time - Oreilly is much better. I asked for a core charge and they understood right away. What a joke.

I went Into autozone looking for a temp sensor for my car and the parts manager named vix was there to help me throughout The whole process he did awesome he had great customer service had a lot of patience and a very very smart guy definitely made my experience at autozone great and easy thanks again vix great employee.

Always great people here. Never had a bad experience or someone unwilling to help if I needed it.
