Shoutout to the Trenton, Fl AutoZone team for two fantastic visits back-to-back. First trip: Needed a mystery electrical component (couldn't name it, just explained its purpose/function/appearance), and James and Anas hustled all around the store to find it—above-and-beyond effort with great attitudes and laughter as they assisted with finding this 'needle in the haystack' (for them, as I couldnt even remember exactly what it looked like). Second visit for a dead battery: Rob checked the battery. It was dead and couldn't check anything else until replaced. So, Rob kindly researched my battery options with prices, explaining pros and cons. He then replaced it & cleaned the brackets thoroughly to ensure a good, lasting connection. I've shopped with Auto Zones in many cities in FL., Cape Coral (several locations) Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Sebring(both stores) to name a few. Anas, Ron, James, Andrea to name a few of the staff are incredibly helpful, the store is clean, items all faced fronted. Visiting this store is always a pleasure.

Lucas went above and beyond helping with our car that wouldn't start. He even installed the new battery and was very kind and respectful. Not including the manager with the long hair and nice truck. Couldn't ask for a better experience

Quick service when I came in for a battery. A surprise delight when Ben Paxton not only sold me the battery, showed best warranty options but also changed out the battery for me. Would recommend to come here.
