Outstanding Service at AutoZone! I had an engine light come on and stopped by AutoZone for help. Eric R., who assisted me was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain exactly what the engine code meant and what my next steps should be. He didn’t just read the code — he helped me understand the issue and made sure I felt confident about how to resolve it. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get the problem taken care of quickly and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Professional, helpful, and genuinely caring. AutoZone is lucky to have him on their team! I’ll definitely be coming back because of this experience.

Kaleb C did a great job changing out batteries. ‘22 Ford Maverick design made it more difficult than it has to be to change batteries but Kaleb handled it like a pro and was very respectful the whole time. Young man deserves a boost in pay/promotion.

Reanne (sorry if i misspelled her name) was a great help. Unfortunately due to my car year i wasn't able to test my alternator without the car being at the location. She went above & beyond to help. AutoZone even offered an extra service because i was within 10 mile radius. She did her best & even gave suggestions. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in a complicated situation she will do her best to help a tackle the problem. 10 out of 10 services

Staff was great, diagnosed the problem, for me the right part, and even helped with the install in the parking lot. Great team over there!
