Andrew was VERY kind and helpful. My battery went dead this morning. I got my car jumped and drove straight to AutoZone. He is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the battery and windshield wipers I need for my car. The best part is he installed them both for me! He took care of disposing my old car battery as well. I’m very grateful for it! Thank you again! God bless you all!

Today December 21 at around 6:10 pm Autozone located 31st and Garnett The employee with supposed name was “Jose” with no name badge. Denied my husband and I the service to speak Spanish, Him himself being Hispanic. Did not want to give us his name even though we asked him to do a review. His behavior was verbally aggresive infront of his own supervisor not willing to give us his name. They told him to apologize to us and he did not want to and said NO. And when we left the store he started laughing in a way that he was making fun of us. We felt discriminated for his action of the bad and poor service he gave us. Everything is in camera between 6:10 pm to 6:30pm date December 21st 2023 It’s a shame him being Hispanic being “racist and discriminating to another Hispanic.

It's 7:30 and nobody's in the building to open the store SMH what are the employees doing cause it's definitely not opening the store

Good experience with battery replacement. Nelson offered prompt and great customer service and changed them out even in the cold!

I miss the books. I miss being able to look up what filter I was looking for in a quick flip through reference book followed by me simply picking up a filter. The lines at this location always seemed to be fairly long even though there's a lot of stuff on hand. As a former retailer I would highly recommend the management to start pulling stalker staff to run register when things get a little heavy on customer traffic.
