I went into this store for a new battery for my car. I asked the employee if they do the free battery replacements which he said he did and that it would be easy and quick 5-10 minutes. I waited inside because it was incredibly windy outside. Over 30 minutes passed and he finally came back inside. I could see that he was at the hood of my car for 30 minutes from the window. I asked if everything was ok to which he said yes I’m good to go. Later I’m driving over a bridge and my engine is smoking. I pull over and see that my coolant hose which is right next to my battery is broken. I called the store twice to let them know. They told me the district manager would call me back and took my phone number down. I never got a phone call. At this point this was several months ago. I had to pay $200

Malik was very helpful. He installed my windshield wiper blades quickly and efficiently. He changed the battery in my key fob. He provided service with professionalism and a smile.

Excellent job by Eric B! Courteous, Professional, and very Hospitable - I came in for a part on my Honda Civic and it wasn't easy to find. Eric was patient and persistent until he did, at the same time being very friendly and didn't make ne feel like just another customer. Thank You Eric!!!
