I had a ok experience at this location only ONE employee actually helped me with what I needed And answered all my questions and gave me some good advice on how to properly secure my car I came in for a club for my kia and he demonstrated and told me how to put it on he was really nice and professional thanks 🙏🏿 As for the light skin guy with the fro mix looking guy not so much told me he didn't know and acted like he didn't want to assist me . It's ok I hope your boss sees this 👌🏿💯.

Stacy and Bernard at the AutoZone on Olive were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond by coming out in the pouring snow to help us get windshield wipers that worked perfectly. Friendly, professional, and truly outstanding customer service. Big thanks to both of them!

Went to get my battery checked. Was told to turn off my car. I stated that if I turn it off, it might not start back up. Battery was checked and it turned out that I need a new battery. I wasn't planning on getting the battery at the time and just wanted to leave. But my car wouldn't start. I asked if they could give me a jump, but they didn't have a jumper box. They asked did I have AAA, and I told them no. They asked another customer if he could give me a jump. I ended up getting a new battery, but they stated that they couldn't put it in for me that I would need a mechanic cause my vehicle has a fuse on it. The other customer told them that it didn't have a fuse and the customer ended up exchanging the battery for me. The customer they asked if he could give me a jump put the new bat

They'll do what you ask but if you don't know anything about what you need for your car they act like it's an inconvenience instead of trying to actually help you. The guy that replaced my battery kept demanding where the installation kit was and telling me i definitely had it in my hand when i was never given anything. Abysmal customer service.

They left a giant tool in my hood after checking my battery and it made awful noises whenever I drove. Everyone I talked to was nice, but I had to go to another shop to fix their mistake and it was extremely frustrating. Unclear whether it was caused by a complete lack of awareness or laziness, but either way it was entirely preventable.
