Daniel V has been very helpful and patience in helping me to replace my head lights on my Toyota Prius for which I got a ticket .

I am an Upland resident and have been coming to this autozone for years. I Went here twice a few weeks back with my father because we were working on a Project car ( A 2011 BMW X5 35i). Danny had excellent customer service and knowledge. He not only saved us time, money, and stress, but he also helped me figure out what was wrong with our car and we avoided thousands of dollars in repairs and parts. He was so helpful and personable and represented the company professionally and memorably. To all of his superiors, let the record show that his work ethic and character are what truly makes any business great. He is an asset and deserves recognition and a raise. I’ve been a loyal AutoZone customer for years, but my experience at this location on February 24th at 2 PM was incredibly disappointing. I went in to ask about the procedure for recycling oil a service AutoZone is supposed to provide and was immediately met with hostility from the store manager. Before I could even finish my question, he aggressively told me to "stay in line" and complained that they were understaffed with only two people. When he finally finished with the customer ahead of me, he ignored me for another 10 minutes to work on the computer before finally calling someone else to help. Got here at 7:30am (when they're supposed to open). An employee was sitting outside. I asked if they were open, and he replied "My manager is not here yet, I don't even know if he woke up, haha" .... Cool. Guess what I'm not gonna do? Wait here for your lazy, irresponsible manager. Going to another AutoZone.

The price was not the greatest. The service wasn't that greatest, either when I walk in. It is not very safe in the neighborhood. The place is clean. Not too hard to find. There is enough parking place here. I did not wait too long in line.
