Hands off the best team ever! I stopped by today at auto zone in Urbana for my car battery gave up on me. Tom and Macai helped me with fixing it. They both were truly god sent. Super friendly, and really went above and beyond. Impressed with them. I wish them the best of luck in life. I 100% recommend this place just for these 2 lads!

Just when one is about to lose faith in humanity someone comes along and changes your whole perspective. Went in for lugnuts because the dealer ship mechanic put two back on instead of 5 on the right front wheel. Met two fabulous people working for Autozone , Bob and Chris , Sept 19. 2025. Friday. They helped me above and beyond what is considered great service. Plus understood how lucky I was that the tire didn’t fly off on Route 50 East .. thank you all , much appreciated.

The manager at this auto zone, Daniel, is phenomenal. We had a screw in our tire and he helped us diagnose the issue and taught us how to fix the issue temporarily to help us get home. He was patient and kind and we are so appreciative of his help. Would recommend this store and his services to all!

Was at the store for vehicle battery replacement. Two gentlemen, employees of the store in Urbana, helped me with the purchase and installation. Pleased with their prompt, professional and courteous service. Certainly recommend the store, and their service to others. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the employees who helped me but they do deserve praise, no doubt. Thank you!!
