Had the choice between AutoZone and O'Reilly's and hubs said "AutoZone preferably" when my battery died at the hotel on our way to TN (of course. SOMETHING had to happen, right? Better this than something worse🤞🏻). So, we left Advanced Auto, whose battery machine was broken, and headed to AutoZone, where Camm installed a new battery and new wiper blades. Camm was extremely polite and professional... Military guy. Thanks, Camm and AutoZone for saving our move to TN.

I just had the most amazing Customer Service from Camm. He was so kind and helpful. I was so impressed with him. He truly deserves recognition for being an exceptional human being!!

Got a new battery today. Jeremiah was fantastic. He helped direct us to the right battery needed for the car, and installed it for us fast and efficiently. He is a very polite and friendly young man. If you need help with your car, come to the AutoZone on Ashley and ask for Jeremiah!!! 10 stars for this wonderful young man.

Let me just say—Milly is a whole blessing in a AutoZone uniform. I came in not knowing exactly what I needed, and she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even kinda fun. She didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and she actually listened. That alone deserves five stars. Milly was patient, knowledgeable, and so down-to-earth. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right products and full confidence. That kind of service is rare these days. I don’t care if there’s another AutoZone closer to me—I’m coming back to this location because of her. Milly, thank you for being amazing at what you do. AutoZone, don’t lose her.

A BIG HUGE SHORT OUT to Valdosta Auto Zone for being there for us on New Year’s Eve when we needed to purchase a coil and spark plugs for vehicle .They made sure we had everything we needed to install and get us back out on the road safe to our destination for New Years Celebration. These two employees make and female not sure if their names however they are a definite asset to AutoZone . Thank- you for your outstanding customer service .
