Great service with Fredrick. Went to replace my girls headlight. I took the high beam in by mistake and replaced it with a high beam, obviously the headlight still wasn’t working. He walked out and told me I took the high beam headlight out. I would have started replacing fuses. Guess I don’t know my girls vehicle as well as I thought. Saved me a ton of time. Above and beyond for sure.

Fred couldn’t have been more helpful when my husband needed a back break light. He was knowledgeable, warm, friendly and patient. He took the time to help understand his options.

Went in today for a battery and the two employees that helped me went above and beyond to get my new battery in. I really appreciate their help thank you both again sorry I didn't catch your names to give a shout out.

I did not have a great experience at this location today. My battery died and I had a friend save the day with jumper cables. I was told that the AutoZone nearby in Ventnor might provide a service to check the battery and replace it due to it being recalled from my dealership. I went in to ask for assistance before heading home. The two young ladies that worked there seemed nervous, looked at me like I was crazy and laughed about providing the service, and asked the other lady to do it for them since she had more experience. She told one of them that they were going to learn today. After they checked what battery I had and comparing battery prices with one of the young ladies, I explained my situation again. She said Toyota would definitely do the full service and replace it for free as th
