Today Shawn did an excellent job and went out his way to provide me a near car battery. He installed my near car battery and notice I needed a new terminal for battery. So I got a new marine terminals and install it. He did outstanding job for my vehicle.

Walked in, said Good Morning! Guy at counter just looked at me with blank stare. Zero customer service skills. Walked right out! Simply rude.

I’ve always liked AutoZone and this one is no exception. It’s clean it’s open it’s well lit and the staff is friendly. I was in here for starter which they happen to have in stock which was nice and unusual. It seems like just about every time I’ve been here They’ve had exactly what I’m looking for. I hope they have the same for you!

Had a great guy named Jason that assisted me in choosing a cabin filter and AC coolant recharge product! He treated me with great respect instead of treating me like a “dumb Blonde”. This is the second time that I’ve been treated like a diy mechanic at AutoZone and I appreciate it. Thanks, Jason! Thank you Jessica, for your support. You all are wonderful.
