I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone, thanks to Kyle. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain my options clearly and even offered some great advice on how to maintain my vehicle. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Kyle absolutely made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to my friends and family!

I just had the courage to finally fix something semi major in my car due to cool, calm, and patient assistance from AMANDA K at this location. This was my 2nd stop to pick up a part I needed. Amanda, after being so helpful to walk me through the part I needed she continued to be professional and sincere in her assistance. I literally had driven from another location and will definitely recommend the Haygood location for future stops! The service was top notch and I repaired my vehicle within minutes!! Thanks 100x over!!

I was extremely disappointed with the service at this store, particularly by Victoria Coit. I came in knowing I needed a battery. When I approached her, she acted as if it was an imposition. When we determined what battery I needed she stated she would have to see if she could put it in the car. We walked out to the car and she took one look and said she couldn't, that there was too much to take apart. I'm not a professional mechanic but I've worked on and around cars my whole life and it was a simple matter of removing the battery cables and two additional nuts on the base plate. When I asked her why the associate at the previous store we were at (which didn't have our battery in stock) said it would be no problem, she couldn't or wouldn't answer. I left and took my business

Horrible conditions, walked in and got a bad wiper replaced and the employee smiled the whole time. Not exactly an easy find for a national chain employee wise. Gotta love this!!

The store manager, MATT BOOKER, actually came out to deliver an item that I ordered online from another store. The online process was not difficult, but thinking I was getting next delivery was awful and the store contact from the VABEACH BLVD store, had no clue what to do or how to help me as I watch my online order just sit there. This manager went OVER & BEYOND to help me and I appreciated him so much. It's hard to find good customer service now days. So, I wanted to take the time to shout him out and let everyone know. Go see MATT... he knows what he is doing. Thank you so much MATT. I won't forget this.
