I had a great experience at AutoZone! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Management was friendly, professional, and really took the time to help me with my car battery needs. They walked me through my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I left confident with the right product. I truly appreciate the extra care and support. Definitely a place I’ll return to for future auto needs!

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE GUYS AT AUTO ZONE PM SHIFT INCLUDING THE MANAGER ARE OUTSTANDING!! I HAD A FLAT TIRE ON THE WEEKEND, I MADE IT TO THERE AND THESE GUYS CAME OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME AND FIXED MY TIRE WITH NO PROBLEM.. VERY NICE OF THEM TO DO SO I APPRECIATE THEM MORE THAN THEYLL EVER KNOW,, THANKS AGAIN FOR GOOD HARD WORKING MEN GOIN THE EXTRA MILE.

This place is normally pretty good but some Asian dude in a gray shirt kind of crappy. Dude literally would not help me at all I was basically pleading if he can help me find a hose that would just fit or can I take a look at them and he's like oh they're all separate nope I don't have one that would feel like that I'm like what the hell bro of course they have a hose that would feel like that size that I need it if it wasn't the exact same one i was showing him...i could definitely find one that was similar that's what I used to do I don't know why all of a sudden now it was unheard of and he just would not help me no matter what basically just turned away my business

Eddie helped me find the right headlight for my GMC. Great guy. Him and I both learned how to install it together. Definitely would recommend anybody going here to ask for Eddie. Teamwork make the dream work ! Shoutout to Eddie

Great customer service and very respectful had no problems I recommend going to this auto zone one of the best ones in my opinion!!
