My battery for my car went out & Tino the store manager at this location was quick to find out it was still covered under the warranty. It took him probably 10 mins to take the old battery out & a new one in. I’m so thankful for how quick & professional he was. On top of it all he had a genuine smile . I wish every customer sales rep was like Tino. Thank you so much!

Went in for a new battery for my Highlander. Tino took care of me. Helped select the best battery and changed it out for me. Old battery had corrosion and was difficult to remove. Tino did it with a smile 😃 Highly recommend AutoZone of Fox Lake

I'm a commercial customer who came in to the store even though it's not my normal store. I was treated like I was just being an annoyance because it's a Sunday and they don't want to help people apparently on Sundays if they're commercial. Keep this in mind because it's very clear that commercial business is not appreciated at this location

Another day, another Autozone stop. Needed oil and filter for vehicle maintenance. They havr good combo deals for oil and filters. Store was clean and people were friendly and helpful.
