Recently had car trouble while traveling to Edisto Beach and went to Walterboro Autozone for help. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, offering several different reputable towing companies phone numbers that could safely move my car hundreds of miles back to my house. The towing company was available same day, but told me it might be an hour or two before they could be there, so the Autozone manager agreed to hold my keys inside the store and give them to the tow truck driver when they arrived so I didn't have to wait for hours. Very helpful and pleasant staff, thank you again for all your help! You guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience! Shannon has incredible knowledge and experience and kindness. Exemplary extraordinary experience of automotive needs and trouble shooting. I highly recommend her and Chris on the staff . They figured out problems that the dealerships in three states could not figure out. Highly highly recommended.

Called to order a part and after the conversation asked the gentleman his name and he goes “I don’t give out my name” how you answer the phone unprofessional and can’t provide a name! -signed HR

Walked in with only one other customer at the desk. I came in looking for a part, after 5 mins some disgruntled associate walked up and called for the next person. As I described what I needed and the model of my car, he huffed and spiraled his hands like I was bothering him even being there. After a quick glance he said he didnt have it in store but could order it, as I was passing through, I told him I couldn't return for it. He said ok as I said thanks, and called for the next person before I could walk away. Singular experience, I dont expect everyone to have this experience, maybe he was having a bad day. Still, I would not return if passing through.
