AutoZone Auto Parts

So today I went to the store to purchase a battery . The gentleman Chris was really great by helping me and selling me the battery I wanted and putting it in. On the other hand the mgr was really nasty and I was not sell him that battery and then I proceeded to tell him what battery I had in for 5 years that I brought the he said that’s not my problem. Very nasty and disgusting to customers and no customer service etiquette . I hoe corporate executives see this and do something.

Zhane L was amazing! We really appreciated Zhane’s help! She was soooo helpful, friendly and a great communicator and put our car battery in with such ease. Could not recommend this auto zone more!

My name is Don using sister's account. I just want to share such a positive experience I had at this Autozone store today. I was researching check engine light and saw on google that Autozone offers a "free" service to check why the engine light is on and issue a report. I was extremely skeptical and suspicious in this day and age of any "free' offer. I decided to go and check it out and prepared for any gimmicks, tricks or high pressure sales pitches. I was serviced by a young woman named Zhane who was so polite and professional. She ran the test twice, printed the results and went over them with me. It was shocking! No sales pitches didn't try to sell me anything but "goodwill" which Autozone has done "big time" !, Thank you, Don

The manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond I had an issue with the brake pads I bought he resolved it. Highly recommended.

A different auto parts chain told me they couldn't get a rear wiper blade for my GMC. The young lady at AutoZone went above and beyond to first check the one on my vehicle, do some research, figure out how to remove and install my new one, and did it all with friendly, courteous and efficient service. I highly recommend!
