I appreciate seeing young men making an honest living and dedication. I over heard a young employee telling his manager that he was the best at what he does for Autozone but the manager said “to keep it fair, I can't say that but you are a great employee”. I can respect that. Anyway, there was rat poop all over the counter. Good luck. Good people work here, service was good, good convoy at the counter but had to leave fast because of the visuals of rat 💩.

The best ever in every way from the moment I opened the door and to the very end. Ms. Reese and her staff are very friendly, respectful, excellent customer service, kind, attentive, professional, polite and people friendly. The was welcoming, warm and inviting. This was my first time in this store but it was the best customer service experience in a long time. This AutoZone is an example of what people expect in customer service today which is very hard to find nowadays. Thanks Ms. Reese and her staff for giving me something I hadn't had in a long time. I’m so happy I stopped by. The older African American guy with the gray hair saved the day. I thought my car battery was dead but it was just a simple part that needed to be tightened and the help was 100% free. Saved me money in towing fees and service repairs!!! Thank you again. :)

We stopped at the place to get our battery replaced after the car’s engine had just been jump started. The service here was prompt, quick and very considerate of the situation. Ms. Reece was very helpful and informative. Would recommend this place for their quick consulting service !

This is a wonderful store. They were able to diagnose my problem over the phone (it was the alternator), said to come right in, sold me the part, and directed me to the garage across the street to install it. The whole thing took less than one hour.
