Spent 25min, with one of the slowest customer service agents I've ever encountered. Instead of focusing and getting the 3 items that we discussed from the back, he goes and answers the phone, spent about 5min with them, while I'm just standing there waiting for him to get my parts so I can make it on time to my mechanic. Then midway of taking care of my transaction he again leaves me there to help a customer on the floor. There was no line when walked in, by the time I walked out it was to the door. The guy behind the register wasn't there alone, there was another guy there that was just as slow. I don't recommend this auto-zone for quick and attentive service.

Called to politely ask if I can make an appointment to get my battery installed. Immediately was stopped with “girrrrllll whatchu mean appointment”. Who was that directed to? Learn how to speak to your customers. The question of having an appointment was asked because of the lack of timely service at this location.

Very unprofessional staff I stood in line for 10 minutes before either of the two cashier that were in a conversation about hanging out decided to say “can I help you”. This is not good for business at all and I won’t be back.

Lady at front desk was rude with no customer service, Not helpful at all. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be working with customers. I will take my services somewhere else. I said good morning and she said what can I get you. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years what I was taught is to greet the customer. She needs customer service training.
