Honestly, won’t be bringing my business back here ever again. Sad part is, I worked here at one point and I can’t believe how crappy the service and rules are now. Brought in my car to have the battery tested, which I had to have jumped to be able to bring it in, which the battery tested bad. They proceeded to tell me that the battery needs to go on their charger before they could warranty it. I asked what are my wife and child and I supposed to do while we wait for their slow chargers to charge the battery? They did not have an answer and basically acted like it wasn’t their problem. I took the car home and grabbed a neighbors work vehicle that they let me use and took the battery in. They proceeded to give me the same result. I went into OReilly Auto parts the other day to purchase a battery. I asked the guy helping me if he could install the battery for me. He said NO it would take to long to do it. And the company told them that they should not do that. Well I left without buying a battery . I went up the street to Autozone and asked the gentleman if He would install a new battery for me, He said no problem. The job took Him 15 minutes, and he was very professional about it. I will start doing all of my business with Auto Zone. Thanks guys..

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this AutoZone location. When I walked in, everyone looked at me with a rude attitude and no one even tried to help. I asked a question and was completely ignored. Then I showed them a photo of the part I was looking for, but just because the picture had the name of another store on it, they told me “this is not that store” instead of helping me check if they had a similar product. I clearly explained that I knew it wasn’t the same store — I just wanted to know if they had that part — but they still refused to help. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I left the store very disappointed. If you care about good service, avoid this location.

My GPS was sending me in circles so I had to stop and potty. I picked AutoZone and the bathroom is clean easy to get to hopefully easy to get my GPS to work from now. Here’s some videos checking
