Had an issue with my battery this morning. Lorenzo charged it and learned that it was a bad battery. It was still under warranty, so he promptly gave me a New one and even gave me a ride home two blocks away, so I wouldn’t have to walk! First class service at it’s finest.

Lorenzo is a great guy that values customer service. I was having battery issues and needed a new one. Lorenzo went above and beyond and changed the battery for me on the spot. What would’ve taken me 2 hours, he did it in 10 minutes.

Lorenzo was so polite and kind this morning. He helped me pick the right product for my car and his service was fast and smooth. Thank you!

Didn’t even attempt to charge my car battery. Just kept it for 24 hours and did absolutely nothing. No phone call, didn’t even try, just a list of excuses. I’m tired of this Autozone, I really am. Can’t say I’ve ever had a positive experience here, and the attitude from some of the employees there is ridiculous. Spent $500 on a car battery with Autozone and they can’t even charge it or check the 3 year warranty. Frustrated is an understatement.
