Guy look what the part on the computer for my cluster light. Try to get me to buy a headlight , but got the cluster light instead of what I nedd

The store manager is a really helpful young guy had a delivery to this location.

They had the parts we needed but insisted on having my husband buy a part we already had. Once back to the car we compared and sure enough we already had it. Went back in to get a refund but the guy insisted we needed that part so my husband brought our already purchased part in with the auto value parts to show him we needed to return that part. Turns out he had no idea how to do a return and instead of just saying that and getting someone to help he wanted us to just keep the $48 part. Smh. The manager did help us return the unneeded item but what a hassle for ego.

Im still mad I was screwed out of my rewards and the company did absolutely nothing to help or to make it up. BUT the people at this location are usually helpful and friendly.

Had a headlight out and attachments were so unnecessarily complicated. William and Nico were EXCELLENT at fixing the problem, offering above and beyond customer service, and just great to chat with while they were working. Probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
