Rob was awesome! He helped me identify an issue with my battery that wasn’t showing up in the diagnostic—while the test indicated the battery was fine, he recognized that the sulfur (egg) smell signaled a real problem. He replaced both the main and auxiliary batteries in my 2018 Jeep Compass, and I’m truly grateful for his service. On top of his expertise, Rob was incredibly kind. Both he and his colleague were courteous and professional, which made the entire experience even better.

Always so very helpful which I appreciate but I have never gone in here without an employee smoking cigarettes in front of the main entrance which I then have to walk through.
