Very rude and unprofessional..went asked two weeks ago about break pads.. i asked for all 4.. the older lady printed me the two of 52 dollars. So im under impression all 4 are 52. When I went today the younger lady gave the right price for all 4 which comes to 102 dollars.. I asked i was here already and I got a different price..back and forth the younger one called a liar and when I called the oldest lady she is like I don't even remember you.. they made me boiled inside me, and I felt so stupid,,but guess what I made hear what they never thought of.. Above all it was a miscommunication or a misunderstanding..Don't call your customer a liar , dont tell them I don't remember you! That's rude and unprofessional..At the end they calm down after I showed them how to respect customer and gave

Went in for check engine diagnostic, employee was fast working in and out , told me what the problem was. And I was out in about 8 min .

I have to say, this location on Martin Luther King is always so helpful. Miguel, Lily, Aaron, are my main contacts when I arrive to the store. They are always available to provides excellent service. Thanks God from these people, they make my life so easy. They always get me the right part for the right price.

This store is always well organized and clean, and the customer service is exceptional. You can ask for Kiara, who is very friendly, quick, bilingual, and efficient. I highly recommend this AutoZone location.

Been using this site for a while now. Always happy with the service. David and Saul were awesome to help me fast. Came in and verified a bad battery. Saul installed the new battery in a few minutes minutes. A+
