Thank You To Dan!! A Manager at Fortuna AutoZone whom went above and beyond to help my wife. Long story short had a battery replaced, negative terminal stripped he replaced the terminal given it took the extra time to ensure my wife’s vehicle was back on the road without any issues. Dan you Are Awesome!!! Thank You Good Sir!!

The manager Joshua was amazing... He took time to check my battery in my truck, and when he found it was bad, he took the old one out and put a new on it... The old battery was warrantied, so the replacement was completely free... This store is awesome!

Came to the store because my batteries kept needing a jump. Met Josh and asked for my batteries to be tested. He happily came out and diagnosed my batteries for me. I bought 2 new batteries and he was quick to grab a cart and tools and swapped my bad batteries for 2 new ones in my truck. He was super friendly and gave me advise on battery care and other aspects of my truck. Would not hesitate to continue doing business with this location and Josh

I had an issue with my batteries under warranty and a young guy tested them which obviously said they were good but I knew better. Dan the manager came out and he knows batteries very well. He replaced them no charge because they were bad. I always look for him because of his knowledge.
