Mr. Gregg V offered service excellence. I went to the store while it was dark. I needed to borrow a part. He made sure I had the correct tools. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge. I had to stay on-site. He did not rush me and held a decent conversation with me. Thank you!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had! My camaro battery died on me. Anthony, Greg, and Rich were nothing short of amazing! The battery is located in the trunk and quite a hassle to get to. Greg was very careful and patient and replaced it for me in no time!!! I can't thank them enough!!!! Store 2418 is the best!!!

I had a bit of a bad experience your store needs a bit customer service training I'm a retired combat veteran and went there asking for a particular transmission oil for my Acura and ask a staff member and he just pointed and said there over there every one that goes there to shop is not an auto mechanic. What happened to good customer service where the staff member would say do you need help finding what you want. No the store was not full it was today on a Sunday

I’m extremely disappointed with how AutoZone has handled my complaint. After days of waiting to speak with someone in charge about how I was mistreated on September 30th, I finally received a call from a manager in another district. Instead of resolving the issue, he told me, “You sound like you know what you’re talking about,” and then offered me a job — as if that somehow made up for the situation. That was offensive and completely missed the point. I don’t want a job; I wanted accountability and fairness. He said they would “fix the situation” and that I’d never feel that way again walking into their store, but all he meant was having a “conversation” with the person involved. That’s not resolution — that’s avoidance. After all this time, nothing has been done. I feel ignored, dismiss
