Just returned from a visit. Today the temperature is 2° outside. I sat in my coat the whole time I visited. I was freezing. I can’t imagine being in my 90s and having to suffer in that cold room. I really wish they could do something about it. The staff has been kind to her, and that is appreciated
I am POA for a friend of mine and have been helping her for about a year. Her name is Anna. Anna can be difficult to deal with and a challenge. Autumn Lake went above and beyond to help Anna in every way. I appreciate all they had done to help Anna with her meds and therapy. It helped me as well. Thank you Autumn Lake.
Nice visit today with our sister. Staff was very nice and busy all around. Everything was clean and organized and neatly arranged.
The staff always took time to answer my questions. Everyone was caring and smiling. I was concerned about bruises mom had from her fall. The nurse walked with me to her room and checked her leg while I watched and explained that this was common. My family felt our mom was well taken care of
My sister and I came to see our youngest sister whose recovering from a fall at home. Nice facility. Friendly staff.. we had a nice with our sistrr.
