Luis Sandoval is a thief! I gave him my car for repairs, and after giving him $1100, he still did not fix my vehicle. I contacted the police to get him to return my vehicle, and he refused to return my money. He had my car for almost 9 months while I drove his 2007 Ford Prius. He made all these promises, but he is a liar. Please be aware, especially if you are a single woman. He is highly unprofessional, and he is also very disrespectful. He did not care about putting a single mom in an awful situation, and now he won't even return my calls or answer his phone. I’m so angry and frustrated. I had it towed to the dealer, and they said that he even stole parts off of my car. I cannot believe some people treat their customers this way. If I could give him negative stars, I would have.
