Very friendly and family owned establishment. I haven't driven the car yet. I need to do the brakes and exhaust pipes. But so far so good, at least looks wise.

Brought my truck in and explained that my brakes didn’t engage unless I pumped the pedal multiple times, plus I needed my rear drums replaced. They diagnosed my entire braking system and within the next day they called and gave me multiple reasonably priced options on repairs. Decided to upgrade the entire system, all new brake lines, new drums, master cylinder/booster & my truck stops better than my daily driven Subaru. They KILLED it. My brakes barely have to be applied for effortless stoppage and for my truck being over 7,000lbs they did a fantastic job. Plus their customer service was INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for future repairs! Thanks AV Bumper to Bumper!

This is the only place I will ever take my car. They are very professional, people oriented. They also very fairly priced. I recommend this auto shop 100%, I wouldn't recommend any other shop above this one. I know the words "above and beyond" are tossed around a lot, but I really mean it with these people, I once left some brake pads with them for over 6 months, I had forgotten, when I went back to get my car fixed, they gave me back the pads! They dident have have do that. That shows this shops integrity.

I am saddened by a recent trip to AV bumper to bumper. For the last 3 years I have been taking them my vehicles. I have considered them to be fair mechanics and even recommended them to anyone that had issues with their vehicle. This is why my most recent trip made me feel bad enough to write this review. I took my truck in for an oil leak. Was told what would fix the oil leak. Paid the price for the fix and my oil is still leaking. I called and let them know it was still leaking and was told that it was because I have multiple leaks. If this was the case why wasn't I told in the first place that I had multiple leaks? Had I known that I would have just waited as I do not have money to just throw around in these harsh times. I am highly disappointed and cannot believe I was taken for a fo

They have always been very kind and have great customer service I always take my cylinder heads in to get resurfaced an they have me done within the next couple of hours. They are very loyal to there customer and have always stood by there work. I can't wait for the shop to get back up and running
