Avail Towing and Recovery

I was having car trouble on the weekend and I needed to get my car towed locally. I was in a time crunch getting my car to the shop so I could secure a loaner vehicle to commute to my job. After calculating the cost of about 8 different towing companies (Hook/Pickup + mile rate) I chose Avail as the most cost-effective option. After explaining my situation the driver said he would do his best to arrive ASAP because he was currently on a job. He arrived earlier than the estimated time and promptly loaded my car. He got me to the shop in a timely manner while being professional and friendly. I would 100% recommend Avail for any towing/hauling needs.

There is a reason David has so many rave reviews! He was kind, efficient, and very fairly priced. I've never been in a situation in which I needed to be towed, so naturally I was very anxious. He made everything as easy as he could have and for that I am very grateful! Hopefully I don't need a tow again any time soon, but if I do, Avail will be my first call.

Absolutely amazing service! David pulled us out of a really tough spot in the middle of the night and still showed up quickly even though it was like 2 AM. They went above and beyond, even helping with clean-up. The price was incredibly fair, and the driver was genuinely a great guy. highly recommend

David was absolutely a life savor. It was in the middle of the night it was pouring rain and my car lost control and hit the barrier on the marqam bridge! (Everyone’s fear) and he answered so quickly and came to the rescue. He assured me it would all be okay and walked me through the process. I will never use any other tow ever again. I referred my family and friends to David if they ever need some assistance. He took care of absolutely everything, the price was so good and worth every penny spent and I would use avail towing all over again.

I honestly do not know what we would have done. David helped our family in a time of need with very kind and professional service. I would not recommend any other tow company for tow or roadside assistance. We hope to return the favor someday. Thank you
