Broke down between ocen shores and hoquiam. Called avalon. Dispatcher was very professional and friendly. Not even 5 minutes later Jordan (driver) called me and said he was on his way. He showed up in no time, and was really friendly and helpful. The shop he took me to wasnt able to work on it today, so he towed it all the way back to olympia to the dealership for me. It was literally zero notice change of plans, and Jordan didnt blink about adding the extra distance. Hes a skilled driver, with an awesome attitude. Im really grateful I happened upon Avalon. Hopefully I wont be stranded again in this area, but if I am, I know exactly who to call. Excellent customer service, and very competent staff. Highly recommend Avalon if you need a tow in the ocean shores/ hoquiam area.

Avalon to the rescue! My fuel pump went out on the 101, in the rain...Went through my Triple AAA and Avalon called with in 10 minutes, and dispatched Jordan from Ocean Shores to come get me! Excellent customer service and visit all the way back to Olympia! I appreciate you all so much!

Jordan treated us like family when we were stuck about 2 hours from home. He towed us home on a Sunday at dinnertime and kept our spirits up the whole time with his positive attitude. It was truly a pleasure to be served by this young man, and, weird as it sounds, I am thankful we broke down so we got to meet him and have our faith in humanity restored a little bit to see someone really caring and going out of his way to be kind and genuine.
