I had a very particular shape needed for a vanity mirror. The price was surprisingly reasonable, the turnaround was just a handful of days, and the mirror fit perfectly into its housing. I'll be back again, and I've already recommended this shop to a friend, because this was an incredibly painless process. Thanks so much, guys!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. I went in there to ask them a few questions about my 3 windows that my husband and I needed done. He wasn’t friendly and could care less if he got business or not. I went to go get the windows (which were heavy) and he literally STARED at me as I struggled carrying these 3 windows back and forth as I had to also open the door by myself too….what an a$$. He told me the price, I called my husband to talk about it. As I’m talking to him, he literally BELCHES so the whole north end can hear it…disgusting. I told him we would think about it. So I had to put the 3 windows back in my car by myself AGAIN as he watched. I go back 2 hours later, of course I’m carrying the windows in by myself again. Dropped them

Having read the reviews, I wasn't certain which business I'd encounter. What I can say is my own experience was nothing but positive. These guys were kind, even extending help with a mask, after they watched me struggle to find one in my wife's car. They quickly did a glass repair panel, and couldn't have been more friendly. So, from this reviewer, they get a glowing 5-star review. Thanks guys!

I would never recommend these guys again. We have done alot of business with them but it seems that their customer service needs some help. The guy answering the phone and scheduling is the rudest person I've encountered in awhile. They are highly unprofessional and unreliable. I recommend Bacon and Vanbuskirk, they have OUTSTANDING customer service and do not act like customers are the last thing they want to deal with.
