Avery and his team are great im sure I haven't been easy to deal with and ive been very picky about my truck but they always listen and always go above and beyond to try and help and give me what I want. Thank you avery team you are appreciated.

Update: We were able to speak to Avery and he was kind enough to refund the additional charge. We were recommended to go to Avery's by my husband's coworker, we had no issues the first few times. We just picked up our truck today and we are honestly quite frustrated. We took it in to be diagnosed in June, and had to budget to get the repairs it needed, we received a quote that same day. Exactly a month later I scheduled it in and verified the quote was still correct. They were able to get us in within 2 weeks! Biggest problem is, the day it was done we called to possibly add an alignment and was told our bill was $200 more before any additional charges, due to parts going up. I've used Avery's twice and both times he has treated me very fair and the price was lower than the quotes due to the problems not be as bad as they could have been and he didn't take advantage of me like some other have tried too. He and his staff are knowledgeable and don't seem to mind working on my 20+ year old diesel trucks. I recommend his shop and I travel over an hour to use him.
