AVG Auto & Cycle

So first off I wanna start by saying these guy are amazing, always a great attitude and personality. They were the only ones who would do an alignment on my truck and boy did they do a great job! They will continue to have all my alignment work and whatever else they feel like they can do to it. Thank you AVG

After lifting my 4runner, I needed an alignment. They scheduled me quickly and got my truck lined up to specs. They were friendly and I was able to wait while they completed the work.

My diesel mechanic highly recommended AVG as his go-to front-end truck alignment mechanic. Therefore, my recent visit for my 2006 Ford F250 6.0L diesel Superduty truck was a trifecta win: new front calipers, front & rear brake pads, and alignment. Fred listened to me & he & his team provided excellent, timely service. Of course, I was told to contact them if I have any questions or problems. Currently, I am tickled pink & AVG is my go-to mechanic for any said future service needs for my truck!

1998 F-150 4.6L Triton. Started missing suddenly. Was close by so I stopped in on the advice of a friend. Fred diagnosed it as cylinder 8 missing. They were able to fix it. Turned out to be plug/coil. They also replaced a very nasty air filter (my bad)! Overall I am happy with the service and the friendly people. Will use again!

I had this shop repair a carrier bearing on my truck. It failed due to not being installed properly. The bearing had been pressed on via the housing and as a result the bearing completely came off the truck in transit. AVG refuses to pay for the repair and the tow bill. I am well within the warranty and I have had to chase them to get a response. $355.21 repair and a $280.00 tow bill. Numerous excuses and they are more interested in arguing.
