Very friendly atmosphere among residents. While there are occasional kinks in the system, overall support staff works hard to make this a great place to live. Maintenance staff is exceptionally talented and concerned that everything works well. We've lived here 2 years and love it. Additionally, the location is great. I walk around the apartments a lot and I feel the landscaping needs dome work. Its a good plan but needs to be filled in where plants have died. Avia 2 is especially bad and the front of Avia 1 needs some work too. Thanks for asking. Also the carpeting on the stairs on the far side of 6345 is filthy. Please do something about that.

Great apartment but the fitness center is in disrepair. 5-6 treadmills are broken and have been for over a year. a lot of noise from nearby marine air station with jet fly overs.

We are huge fans of this apartment complex. It's quiet and clean and we've been here for three years. The only problem is when something breaks. Every time we have had something break, we have had to escalate. The last one was a broken faucet handle which makes it hard to keep the water from turning off. I was first told that the management is understaffed for service people and that there is nothing they can do. They told me that they have apartments where there is no water, no heat, and no air-conditioning and that what I am experiencing was "livable". Additionally, they said that at least I have two bathrooms and should use the other one. Lastly they said that if I don't like it- they will give me a "notice to vacate". We pay our rent on time and are good tenants. I get that w

Since I first moved in on June 7, I have had numerous problems with faulty appliances. My refrigerator, microwave, dryer, thermostat, all stopped working at some point and had to be repaired or replaced. Now, on September 26th, I have no complaints and all appliance are working. I love my apartment and love the atmosphere here.
