I had a flat tire and asked if I could have somebody come out to help me get it off. In about 20 minutes, including the time it took for him to get here we had the tire off and he helped me free of service

Jeff and the staff at Avilla were wonderful. My elderly father got lost from Monroe Michigan (lower east corner) and wound up in Indiana. After getting turned around by the Sherrif in LaGrange, my father got into an accident in Kendallville. His truck was not damaged bad other than a bent bumper and a flat tire. Thankfully the sherrif was able to put the wanderers up in the local hotel and Jeff took the truck to the yard. After talking to Jeff, he assessed the truck and was able to change the tire and bend the bumper back out so we could get it home. I can't say enough about the understanding that Jeff and the crew had. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were able to get my dad and the truck back home so we can deal with this whole situation. Thank you again Jeff and crew. You

By far the best experience I’ve had with any car repair. Traveling from out of state, my cousin ran over a wad of hay bailing string, which wrapped around her axel. Within 20 minutes my cousin’s car was towed to Avilla Motor Works where the bailing string was removed then repaired with full diagnostics. Outstanding customer service accommodating exhausted travelers. Their team couldn’t have been more friendly, polite, and understanding. Avilla Motor Works is my go-to for all my vehicle repair needs. Highly recommended.

Jeff saved us when our van broke down! He is very professional and kind ! He is a great guy. He even offered us an extra water he had. We were so stressed and the little things like that made a difference. After being stuck in a truck stop for hours, we gave them a call and they got us out quickly. Thank you !!

Ther OK but they towed my Pontiac grand am an I had $980 just in the stereo system I installed in it and they wouldn't let me get my car back or my belongings inside it wen I had the title an a bill of sales from the ppl I bought it from it just wasn't in my name yet I even offered to pay them $700 just to let me have my stereo system back. I tried everything I could. the subwoofers that was in the car they don't even make them anymore
