Avis Budget Car and Truck Rental

I had the worst experience picking up my truck at a different location, and this was the location I was set to drop off and our experience was great. The man helping us was really nice and made it super easy and the whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. I was really grateful for this to go so smoothly after the horrible experience at the other location.

Highly recommend! The customer service was great and all of my questions and concerns were answered quickly. Oscar was friendly and the pick up process was smooth

This location is horrible and management should be ashamed of their customer service . I would give this location negative stars if I could. Had a cargo van reservation weeks in advance for a business setup. Didn’t open until 806am the guy saw me waiting. I get to the location just for them to tell me they didn’t have any cargo vans and wanted to give me a big truck.Apparently they mentioned to me whoever had the cargo van extended their time.I don’t need a big truck. Which is not my fault. The guy at the counter told me I had to call the customer service number and left me to figure out which location had a cargo van myself. Mind you have a job setup within a few hours. He went to the back and never came back to check up on me. No empathy for the inconvenience and leaving me to find an

The staff and owner of this business were excellent. Professional, friendly and their service was terrific. Only problem was not their fault. The Corporate office who did our booking forgot to arrange the truck needed for our booking. Sure left this pick-up site hanging in a bad spot. The owner of this location managed to work out a solution that worked for everyone. With a little compromise on everyone's part it was doable. Especially considering had given our notice to leave our current home and needed to remove our belongings not to mention we had a deadline of when to be at our new destination.

RENTER BEWARE -- STAY AWAY!! If we could give this establishment zero stars, we would. My husband and I had a one-day truck rental for a 16' rental truck. My husband picked it up at 8am and was helped by Oscar. Oscar let him know that he could return the truck as late as 8am the next day (he said after hours drop off was fine). My husband returned the truck at 7pm the same day; he even took a photo of the mileage and the truck in front of the store upon drop off. This morning, we found that we had been charged another day. When my husband called the store, he again spoke to Oscar who accused my husband of lying and keeping the keys an additional day and insisted he did not return it on time. My husband said he had a photo of when he dropped off the truck and asked to speak to a manager/s
