Absolutely horrible! I prepaid for a vehicle and after paying for an uber to go pick up the vehicle, upon arriving at the location I was coldly and rudely told there’s no vehicles and here’s a number to call. That’s it! Why wasn’t I told this prior? Absolutely disgusting and I will escalate to corporate. Would NOT recommend. Do better!
I’d give them negative stars if I could. Made a reservation, paid for it, and was all set to go. Got a call less than an hour before I was supposed to pick up the car and was told they didn’t have a car for me and they were “negative 20 cars” that day. Thanks for ruining my day, Avis. I hope this ruins yours.
If I could put zero stars, I would. This place is awful. The car that I rented was absolutely disgusting. It smelled VERY strong like cigarettes and weed. There was glitter all over the car. There were feet marks on the dash, and finger prints everywhere. The outside of the car was filthy. The car was at 1/4 tank, and the girl argued that it was at 3/4 tank. I had to point out everything that was wrong with the car, the girl that filled out the damage sheet didn't mention anything was wrong with it initially. Never, ever again!
Let's start with the owner/manager is rude, pushy, and does personal business while on phone . We was told truck was over to the side a d handed keys ...no one showed us anything not even how to start it . Truck was dirty with a chip in windshield when I walked in to tell Khalil he was busy yelling at another customer and said take pictures well thats what we did. While on the road I was in a accident due to poor tires and was told by another location I should have never had a chip in windshield and been let to rent this truck. During this whole process...I was hung up on many times , pushed off to other departments who cant even help me , I have parts from other truck that I just left with other truck because no one could tell me what to do with it. You’re gonna lose business when your employees are shooting away Uber drivers to pick up vehicles you would not have a business with that type of performance and with that type of customer service going on in your establishment you need better employees specially ones that can speak English properly because if somebody can’t understand them then how are they supposed to get up the paperwork done properly and pull off in their car especially when your employees give them the car keys and tell them to go figure out where their car is doesn’t pull the car out front by law and buy your contract state that you have to bring up the car upfront be more mindful of your customers or you will lose business and if anybody reported you to the business bro, you could be shut down
