Avis Car Rental

Made a reservation, showed up and he didn’t even bother to look it up and said he didn’t have any cars. Every time I call they never have vehicles available. The guy at the front desks also never called to let me know my reservation was canceled but while I was there, he was calling a bunch of customers letting them know their reservation was canceled and they wouldn’t have a vehicle until the week after. So not sure why I didn’t get a call.

Reserved a one day rental. Location called me 5 hours before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle and canceled me saying they had “unexpected safety recalls” This has left me in a very bad position. I had rented a vehicle from this location a week previously. The counter agent at that time told me they were severely low on vehicles, and had to call several people to cancel them that day. Being cancelled is bad enough but to lie to customers is even worse. I will be deleting my membership with Avis today and will not rent from them again as I cannot rely on them.

I would give 0 stars to this location if I could. We rented a vehicle here for our trip to Dallas and as soon as we arrived to the location, we noticed there was smoke coming out of the bumper and it was leaking. There was green stuff leaking which tells me that it’s the coolant. We drove the vehicle safely and in an orderly fashion so this tells me that they’re not maintaning their vehicles properly and risking the safety of my family because a well maintained vehicle shouldn’t do that. I called for roadside assistance and they towed the vehicle and they booked me an uber to another avis location which is in dallas fort worth airport. They gave me the keys for the replacement vehicle and I noticed right away that the check engine light was on and as I was driving it, the oil change n

I never rented a car before so I was iffy but the lady at the desk helped me out answered all my questions, overall great experience

Great customer service!! Had to get a last minute rental and holly helped me and got me into a car pretty quick!!
