Avis Car Rental

I've rented multiple times from this location and I've always had a pleasant experience. Upon returning recently, March 2026, my experience is still great. Great communication from the front desk. Although I'd like the menton, not so great from 1-800 customer service. But at this location they try their best to fix any conflicts from Budget.com.

Great location. Easy access. Price way better than airport - hotel’s airport shuttle helps. Mr. “Matt” was customer-friendly and very helpful. I use this Avis facility when I come to the DC area.

I want to commend Matt at the Avis counter in the Sheraton Hotel & Suites Lobby in Alexandria, Virginia for providing exceptional service during our recent rental experience. I had a fantastic experience with Budget! I arrived a little later than planned, and the representative extended my rental to match my check-in time, which took all the stress off and made my trip so much more enjoyable.
