What a refreshing experience to rent a car from this Avis location. This specific agency restored my faith in Avis. Quick service, quick return. Good car and hat didn’t have issues. Courteous agents confirmations the day of picking car. The agents was literally seconds ro process in the busiest time for rentals in Dev end; as they had lot of pre work done already. I will be back surely. And highly recommended.

I had an exceptional experience renting from Avis car rental at the Alpharetta branch during week of Dec 23rd. The check-in with Jas was incredibly fast and friendly, getting me on the road in minutes. I am giving 5 star because of their professionalism and high standard of service.

The person at the counter was extremely unhelpful. I had booked and paid for a standard car, but when I arrived, it wasn’t available. Instead of offering a complimentary upgrade, which is typically what most rental car companies do in such situations, she assigned me a smaller intermediate car. When I pointed out the difference, she denied that there was any price variation between the two categories and said I would have to pay extra if I wanted an upgrade. That was very disappointing and not what I expected after paying for a standard vehicle.

I reserved a vehicle over a month in advance, and when I called to confirm 48 hours before pickup, the worker casually informed me that "it's not looking good", which I clarified with him. He said they had 60 reservations and 20 cars. In short, they're happy to take an interest free loan (prepayment), ruin your plans, and just kind of blame it on you for reserving with them in the first place. Not a mistake I will make again, and I recommend that you don't either. The company is fraudulent.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was professional and friendly. Pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend this car rental agency!
